Free workshop for new and expectant fathers

Becoming a dad can be exciting, rewarding and, at times, a little overwhelming. Future Dads is a free workshop designed to help fathers and fathers to be feel more confident and prepared for the journey ahead.

The relaxed session covers everything from pregnancy and birth to baby care, relationships, wellbeing and where to find support when you need it. It's also a chance to meet other local dads, share experiences and pick up practical tips from professionals and local services.
