  • Rye Oak will be closed for staff training on Wednesday 24th April, so there will be no Rose Voucher collection there on that day. 1st Place and Crawford will be open for Rose Voucher collections as usual that day (see below for details).

  • There are no longer Rose Voucher collections at Borough Food Cooperative or Walworth Living Room. Please collect your Rose Vouchers from another centre – see below for centres.

Collections

You can collect your Rose Vouchers once every two weeks
(you do not need to phone or text to book an appointment or arrange a collection).

You will receive Rose Vouchers for the week of collection and the week before.

  • Crawford Children’s Centre: 9.30am – 12pm / 1pm – 3pm.

Important information

 

Please note, we are currently not taking any new registrations.

  • Whichever centre you register with, please take the following documents / ID with you when you go to the centre:

    1. Birth certificates for any children who may receive Rose Vouchers (siblings up to the age of 11 may receive Rose Vouchers if there is an eligible child who is under 5 until the end of August).

    If you do not have the birth certificate(s), please take the Red Book for each child.

    2. Official proof of address (utility bill, Universal Credit account will have your name and address on, etc.)

    3. Proof of financial eligibility: Healthy Start Card; you may show your Universal Credit account on your phone; latest payslip, etc. If you are NRPF, please bring a document / card to evidence this.

    If your income is less than £16,200 per year and you do not have any of the above financial evidence, please bring (or be ready to show on your phone) a recent bank statement.

    Rose Voucher collections: After you have registered, you can collect your Rose Vouchers from any of the Centres listed above.

  • The project is for pregnant women and families with young children* who live in SE1, SE5, SE15 or SE17 and:

    Already receive Healthy Start card or

    Are on a low income (below £16,200) or

    Are refugees and Asylum seekers (NRPF)

    * You must be at least 10 weeks pregnant, or have a child who is under 5 until the end of August.
